Acme launched it’s first cap mold in 2012 & has quickly come up as a reliable source for latest technology,high quality,high productivity & maintenance friendly cap & closure molds.

We use high grade steels imported from reknowned European Mills like ASSAB.

Specification: One piece temper evident jump off concept cap molds.

Neck finishes: : In different specifications ranging from 25mm, 26mm, 28mm, 29/25, 30/25 and 38mm upto 55mm.

Cavitation: 16-48 cavities

Suitability: Our molds are suitable for different makes of both electric and hydraulic operated closure injection molding machines

Applications: Beverage such as water, juice and tea drinks. Edible oil, condiment and soya sauce, Cosmetic, health-care products, pharmaceutical and food etc.

We use Husky/Mold Master’s Hot runner systems .

Interchangeable parts provide easy access for different logo designs on top or inner part of closure.
Platens machined in temperature controlled environment to minimise variations.
